Kalberer LLP is pleased to welcome two new attorneys to the Firm’s Securities Law and International Business Litigation Practice Groups

New York – July 24, 2019 – Kalberer LLP announced today the addition of two new attorneys to its roster, further rounding out the Firm’s Securities Law and International Business Litigation practice groups.
D’Anna Harper joins the firm from Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. Her practice focuses on securities law, counseling broker-dealers and registered investment advisers with respect to sales practice and regulatory reporting issues. Elina Rakhlin also joins the firm’s growing New York City office, with a focus on securities law and business litigation. Ms. Rakhlin began her career in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ms. Harper joins the firm as Counsel and brings 17 years of experience in the securities industry. She began her career in the securities industry in 2002 with a New York City-based broker-dealer, where she worked in various capacities and held Series 7, 55 & 63 securities licenses. Prior to joining Kalberer LLP, Ms. Harper was a securities attorney with Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. in Manhattan, where she focused her practice on regulatory enforcement, compliance, and securities litigation.
Ms. Harper’s practice is dedicated to counseling broker-dealers and registered investment advisers. She routinely advises clients on a variety of regulatory matters involving capital markets activities, regulatory reporting requirements, and compliance with SRO and SEC rules.
Ms. Rakhlin joins Kalberer LLP as an Associate in the Securities Law and International Business Litigation practice groups. She began her legal career as an intern in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Elina was also selected for the Alexander Fellows Judicial Clerkship where she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jack B. Weinstein of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Elina graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was an acquisitions editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree from Baruch College, where she double majored in English and Political Science.See all posts
